The idea of this career counselling program was originally conceived by my good friend, Ernest Uzezi. She had envisioned a small gathering of about ten teens, but I saw the potential to expand it into a larger event. We settled on the theme, "After School, What Next?" The journey began with the formation of a planning committee composed of these talented young individuals. I was truly impressed by their creativity and enthusiasm.
