The Journey of The Billionaire Teacher

Image
In 2014, I failed. In 2024, I founded another limited liability company — with one mission: to help young people never feel lost after failure. The decade between 2014 and 2024 wasn’t a straight line of perfection. I failed again. And again. But every stumble taught me that success is not a destination; it’s a journey. Until you embrace failure as part of that journey, the peak will always feel out of reach. Purpose is not found at the finish line — it’s discovered along the way, in the lessons, the setbacks, and the resilience to rise again. ✨ Anticipate my upcoming books: Rising Above: The Journey to Self-Discovery Mirror The Future: A Bridge Between Imagination And Reality They are written for every young person who has ever felt stuck, and every mentor who believes in second chances. Let’s keep rising. Let’s keep building. #RisingAbove #PurposeDriven #YouthEmpowerment #LeadershipJourney #FailureIsFeedback #SuccessMindset #SelfDiscovery #...

Leadership Training Program

Image
On the 10th of April, our school prefects had the rare privilege of participating in a Leadership Training Program at the U.S. Consulate. It was indeed a transformative and global experience for them as they connected and interacted with student leaders from other prestigious schools. The session exposed them to practical leadership insights, covering key topics such as effective communication, crisis management, teamwork, and decision-making in leadership. We are confident that this exposure will not only sharpen their leadership capacity but also inspire them to lead with excellence, responsibility, and vision within and beyond the school environment. At Elites College, we are committed to raising the next generation of transformational leaders. #LeadershipDevelopment #ElitesCollege #GlobalExposure #RaisingLeaders #USConsulateExperience

The Visit to My Almamata

On the 8th of April, I had the honour of visiting my alma mater — I & A Faithland School — to facilitate a Career Counselling & Purpose Discovery session for the students. Our conversation went beyond the typical "what do you want to become?" — we explored "who do you need to become?" to stay relevant and impactful in an ever-evolving world. We discussed: The importance of discovering purpose early. Aligning career choices with passion, skills, and future industry demands. The role of technology and digital skills in shaping tomorrow’s leaders. Why character development is just as important as career development. One of the most fulfilling moments was awarding a 50% sponsorship to a deserving student to study Software Engineering at AccompliTech Ltd — an investment I believe will spark hope and possibility for many more. Career Counselling is more than guiding students on professions — it's about preparing them for life, leadership, and l...
