Hosting My first Hangout With My Mentees
A few weeks ago, I had the thought of spending time with some of my mentees, young individuals with great potential. On Sunday, August 13th, 2023, I hosted a gathering that aimed to inspire them to pursue success in all aspects of life. With the grace of God, the event came to fruition, and I was able to instill in them a strong desire for success. The gathering was truly remarkable, and I extended invitations to my friends and respected leaders to address the attendees. Notably, Miss Uzezi, Mr Taiwo Ajisafe, and Mr Adeola Adeniran shared their insights. To my surprise, our presence in the restaurant captivated the attention of other patrons, causing them to pause their activities and listen to us. This unexpected response left me amazed and humbled. May I also add that one of the attendees who had 305 in the last UTME and outstanding SSCE results of A and Bs was rewarded with a sum of twenty-five thousand naira.
