The Journey of The Billionaire Teacher

Image
In 2014, I failed. In 2024, I founded another limited liability company — with one mission: to help young people never feel lost after failure. The decade between 2014 and 2024 wasn’t a straight line of perfection. I failed again. And again. But every stumble taught me that success is not a destination; it’s a journey. Until you embrace failure as part of that journey, the peak will always feel out of reach. Purpose is not found at the finish line — it’s discovered along the way, in the lessons, the setbacks, and the resilience to rise again. ✨ Anticipate my upcoming books: Rising Above: The Journey to Self-Discovery Mirror The Future: A Bridge Between Imagination And Reality They are written for every young person who has ever felt stuck, and every mentor who believes in second chances. Let’s keep rising. Let’s keep building. #RisingAbove #PurposeDriven #YouthEmpowerment #LeadershipJourney #FailureIsFeedback #SuccessMindset #SelfDiscovery #...

Leadership Training Program

Image
On the 10th of April, our school prefects had the rare privilege of participating in a Leadership Training Program at the U.S. Consulate. It was indeed a transformative and global experience for them as they connected and interacted with student leaders from other prestigious schools. The session exposed them to practical leadership insights, covering key topics such as effective communication, crisis management, teamwork, and decision-making in leadership. We are confident that this exposure will not only sharpen their leadership capacity but also inspire them to lead with excellence, responsibility, and vision within and beyond the school environment. At Elites College, we are committed to raising the next generation of transformational leaders. #LeadershipDevelopment #ElitesCollege #GlobalExposure #RaisingLeaders #USConsulateExperience

The Visit to My Almamata

On the 8th of April, I had the honour of visiting my alma mater — I & A Faithland School — to facilitate a Career Counselling & Purpose Discovery session for the students. Our conversation went beyond the typical "what do you want to become?" — we explored "who do you need to become?" to stay relevant and impactful in an ever-evolving world. We discussed: The importance of discovering purpose early. Aligning career choices with passion, skills, and future industry demands. The role of technology and digital skills in shaping tomorrow’s leaders. Why character development is just as important as career development. One of the most fulfilling moments was awarding a 50% sponsorship to a deserving student to study Software Engineering at AccompliTech Ltd — an investment I believe will spark hope and possibility for many more. Career Counselling is more than guiding students on professions — it's about preparing them for life, leadership, and l...

Community Service

Image
Earlier today, the management of Elites College and her pupils stepped out to keep the community clean. It was indeed a necessary exercise, as we cannot sit back and watch our environment become polluted. A clean environment promotes good health, safety, and overall well-being , making it essential for every community to take responsibility for its surroundings. This cleaning exercise was more than just an effort to tidy up our streets; it was a lesson in responsibility, discipline, and civic engagement for our students. By actively participating, they learned the importance of environmental sustainability, teamwork, and giving back to society . These values go beyond the classroom, shaping them into socially responsible individuals who understand that their actions have a direct impact on their community and the world at large. A clean environment also reduces the spread of diseases , improves air quality, and fosters a sense of pride among residents. For the students, such initiati...

The American Spaces

On the 27th of February, I had the privilege of attending a transformative training for educators in Nigeria at the U.S. Consulate. This experience was both enlightening and inspiring, as it provided valuable insights into innovative teaching methodologies, student engagement strategies, and global best practices in education. The training reinforced the importance of continuous professional development for teachers and the critical role educators play in shaping the future of any nation. Education is not just about imparting knowledge; it is about inspiring, mentoring, and equipping students with the skills they need to thrive in an ever-evolving world. As teachers, we must recognize that learning is a lifelong journey, and staying updated with new teaching strategies and educational advancements is crucial. The world is changing rapidly, and to effectively prepare students for the future, educators must be trained, adaptable, and open to growth . Attending this training at th...
